The Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation Treatment Program (IPRT) at Zucker Hillside Hospital is a community-based mental health service, intended for individuals with disabilities due to a psychiatric illness who express a need for change in either their living, educational, vocational or social environments. IPRT is flexible and is designed to support and assist a person throughout the process of choosing, attaining and maintaining their goals. Services are provided to assist a person in attaining a goal that is possible within 12 months.
Sign-On Village is a community-based program of The Zucker Hillside Hospital, located in Hollis, Queens. Sign-On’s clients are men and women over the age of 18 who, due to medical, psychological, or intellectual limitations, have difficulty functioning in school or at work.
Nassau Day Training Center is a community-based program of The Zucker Hillside Hospital, located in West Hempstead, Long Island. Clients of Nassau Day are individuals over the age of 18 who have physical, emotional, learning or substance abuse problems.
