Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid training consists of an 8-hour course that helps people identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders.  The coursebook “Mental Health First Aid USA” (available online) is a good introduction to the symptoms, signs, and management of all the major mental illnesses.
