Doro Mind’s care is overseen by Dr. Robert Laitman, providing flexible, personalized, and team-based support with specialized expertise for psychosis. Doro Mind’s care providers include nurse practitioners specially trained in managing clozapine using slow titration and side effect management. We treat each member with highly personalized and closely monitored care to fit their medication to their needs. With Doro Mind, members will get full support with a focus on family involvement throughout the care journey. Doro Mind offers two lines of membership:
Doro Compass can augment members’ care teams with expert support to identify providers and guide optimization of clozapine management. Available in the US.
Doro Care delivers expert treatment for psychosis, including optimal clozapine management and wrap-around support. Available in the Greater New York Area.
We offer hybrid in-person and virtual services for flexibility, convenience, and ongoing support.

Doro Mind works with adults (18 and up). Our services are specifically designed with younger adults (ages 18-35) and their families in mind.

More About Doro Mind
At Doro Mind, our mission is to provide compassionate, accessible, and dynamic care and support for individuals suffering from psychosis and their family caregivers. We are dedicated to dramatically raising the availability of ‘when you need it, how you need it’ care, reducing the perceived time and emotional effort required to seek and receive support, and ensuring that our care adapts to the changing situations and needs of our members. We believe in being there to listen, understand, and hear our members, fostering a community where everyone feels understood and supported.
Doro Mind was founded by Mimi Liu and Brady Richards, each of whom has a brother who has struggled with and experienced meaningful recovery from psychotic illness. Together, Brady and Mimi have over 38 years of experience in tech-enabled healthcare delivery. They have previously partnered to successfully launch several new health tech services, including an electronic health record at Athenahealth and an array of services for Medicare Advantage members at Devoted Health.
