Young adults with FTL syndrome meet all four of the following conditions:(Required)
(check all that apply)
- Over the age of 18
- Lives at home with parents or other family
- Does not have a significant disability that prevents economic self-sufficiency (e.g., physical disability, developmental disability, or mental health disability, such as schizophrenia).*
- Not a full-time student or employed at least 30 hours per week
